Here’s how it works: You start by choosing your genre, whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for unique literary gifts. From romance to thriller/mystery, fantasy to horror (and everything in between), you get to decide the vibe.

From there, we take over. Each book is hand-picked, wrapped, and labeled with a few clues to give you a feel for the story without giving anything away. No covers, no spoilers, just the excitement of not knowing exactly what you’re about to dive into.

Every package is made to feel a little special, making it a perfect treat for yourself or a thoughtful choice in a book subscription for someone else. It’s fun. It’s a little risky. And honestly… it might just introduce you to your next obsession.

I’ll be honest… I wasn’t always a big reader.

It actually took being diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer, and going through recovery from my double mastectomy for me to finally slow down and pick up a book. I needed something to pass the time, something to take my mind somewhere else for a little while.

The first book I read? Verity.

And from that moment on, I was hooked.

Reading became more than just a way to pass time; it became an escape, a comfort, and something I genuinely looked forward to every single day.

When I’m not working or putting together your orders, I’m usually with my two boys, soaking up the chaos of mom life, or doing the little things I love — reading (obviously), enjoying a good margarita, listening to music, or just finding small moments to unwind.

That’s where Read Me Blind comes in. 

While I didn’t create the “blind date with a book” idea, I fell in love with the experience of it, the excitement, the surprise, and the chance to step outside of your comfort zone. I wanted to create my own version of that feeling and share it with others through our book subscription service.

Every book is hand-picked and wrapped with care, with the hope that it gives you the same kind of escape it gave me.
